George Brown College started its Strategic Enrolment Management Plan in late 2022 and launched it in late 2023. Knowing data governance and that users need information to make decisions on SEM initiatives was key, this session will share our journey on our path to having a culture where not all data is necessarily shared with everyone, but the right data is shared with those who need it for decision making. Data analytics and dashboarding became key in providing the right information at the right time at users’ fingertips.
